Equal Housing Opportunity. Deborah’s Family Care is committed to fair housing and does not discriminate in housing or services on the basis of any characteristic protected by applicable law.

01Our commitment

Deborah’s Family Care is committed to complying with applicable federal, Arizona, and local fair housing and nondiscrimination laws, including the federal Fair Housing Act and the Arizona Fair Housing Act. We strive to treat every person who contacts us, every referral, and every resident with dignity and respect.

02Protected characteristics

Under the federal Fair Housing Act and the Arizona Fair Housing Act, it is unlawful to discriminate in housing because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, or disability. Deborah’s Family Care does not discriminate on these bases or on any other basis protected by applicable law.

03Reasonable accommodations

People with disabilities may request reasonable accommodations in rules, policies, practices, or services, or reasonable modifications, when needed for equal opportunity to use and enjoy housing. To make a request, contact us by phone or email using the information below. Each request is reviewed individually.

04Program expectations

All residents are expected to follow house rules, curfews, and program expectations. These expectations apply to everyone in the program and are not intended to exclude anyone on the basis of a protected characteristic.
