These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Deborah’s Family Care website at deborahsfamilycare.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

01Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about Deborah’s Family Care and our reentry transitional housing program, and gives case managers and others a way to contact us. Using the Site, including the referral inquiry form, does not create a placement, housing agreement, or any other contract or relationship with Deborah’s Family Care.

02Referral inquiries

The referral inquiry form opens your own email app with a pre-filled message; the Site itself does not send or store your submission. You are responsible for reviewing the message before sending it and for making sure you are authorized to share any information it contains. Please share only the minimum necessary information, as described in our Privacy Policy.

03Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • submit false or misleading information, or impersonate any person or organization;
  • attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its hosting systems; or
  • copy, scrape, or reuse Site content in a way that is misleading or that suggests an affiliation with Deborah’s Family Care.

04Intellectual property

The Site’s content, including text, graphics, illustrations, and the Deborah’s Family Care name and logo, belongs to Deborah’s Family Care or is used with permission. You may view and share Site pages for personal or professional reference (for example, sharing our referral information with a colleague). You may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement without our written permission. Other names and marks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners.

05Accuracy of information

We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but program details, eligibility, and housing availability can change. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes and may not reflect current availability. Please contact us to confirm details. See our Disclaimer for more.

06Third-party links and apps

Links that open your phone or email app, and any links to other websites, are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party apps, services, or websites.

07Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deborah’s Family Care disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deborah’s Family Care will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies.

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
