This Privacy Policy explains how Deborah’s Family Care (“Deborah’s Family Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a reentry transitional housing provider based in Arizona, handles information in connection with this website (deborahsfamilycare.com) and the emails and phone calls we receive.
The short version: this website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers, and it does not store referral form submissions. The referral inquiry form simply opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent until you press send.
01Information we collect
Information you choose to send us
We receive information when you contact us directly, for example when you:
- Use the referral inquiry form. The form on our For GEO Case Managers page does not transmit or store anything on this website. When you select “Compose Inquiry Email,” your device opens your email app with a message addressed to deborahsfamilycare@gmail.com, pre-filled with the details you typed (such as your name, agency or facility, email, phone, a client’s release date, and your message). The information reaches us only if you choose to send that email.
- Email us at deborahsfamilycare@gmail.com. We receive whatever you include in your message and attachments, along with your email address.
- Call us at 480-876-6130. We receive what you share during the call and may see your phone number.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use analytics tools, advertising networks, tracking pixels, social media plugins, or cookies. Our fonts are hosted on our own website, so loading a page does not send requests to third-party font services.
Like any website, the service that hosts this site may automatically process standard technical information (such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request) as needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use this information to build profiles of visitors.
02How we use information
We use the information you share with us to:
- respond to your questions and inquiries;
- discuss potential placements with case managers, verify eligibility and release information, coordinate intake and housing availability, and schedule placement dates;
- operate our reentry transitional housing program and communicate with referring agencies and individuals involved in a placement; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect the safety of residents, staff, and the community.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
03Sensitive and reentry-related information
Referrals for reentry housing can involve sensitive information about justice-involved individuals. Email is convenient, but it is not a fully secure way to send sensitive records. To help protect the people being referred:
- Share only the minimum necessary information by email or through the referral inquiry form, such as basic contact details, the facility, and an expected release date.
- Do not send highly sensitive records (for example, Social Security numbers, medical or mental health records, or detailed criminal history documents) unless we specifically request them as part of the placement process.
- When more detail is needed, we may ask to discuss it by phone.
Information shared with us for a placement is used only for the purposes described in this policy.
04How we share information
We share personal information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including:
- with the referring case manager or agency, to coordinate a potential placement;
- with service providers that help us operate, such as our email provider and website host, which process information on our behalf; and
- when required by law, legal process, or a government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect someone’s safety.
05Retention and security
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, and then delete or dispose of it. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
06Your choices
You can choose not to send us information. If you have shared information with us, you may contact us to ask what we have, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligations that require us to keep certain records.
07Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults, including case managers, community partners, and individuals seeking reentry housing. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
08Links and apps outside this website
Phone and email links on this site open apps on your device (such as your phone dialer or email app), and those apps and providers have their own privacy practices. If this site links to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features to the website. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
